Group Procurement Manager

Skills & Experience * Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within utilities, engineering, or construction. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and performance. * Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities. * Experience with civils, utilities, and/or M&E supply chains. * Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. * Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field (Master’s degree or CIPS certification desirable). * Deep understanding of procurement best practices, regulatory compliance, and industry trends. * Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
