We are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Childrens Social Workers to join a dedicated and professional team committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Role Overview:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to develop and implement appropriate care plans.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Maintaining accurate case records in accordance with statutory and organisational guidelines.
Providing professional support and intervention to families to facilitate positive and sustainable outcomes.

Key Requirements:

A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England (SWE).
Proven experience in childrens social work, with a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage complex caseloads effectively and work within statutory frameworks.
