• Plan and deliver learning activities under the Abingdon teacher guidance
• Lead whole classes and small groups when needed
• Support students with diverse learning needs
• Be a key player in helping the academy deliver outstanding education

• HLTA qualification/certificate required OR 10 years of solid experience working with children
• If qualified, at least 1 year of experience working in schools
• A confident, adaptable Abingdon HLTA who can think on their feet
• Someone who wants to grow and develop in their career
