To provide a suitable, balanced midday meal appropriate to the needs of residents
You will be preparing lunches and deserts for circa 15 people.
Promote good customer and staff relations
Maintaining a clean environment in line with health and safety standards
Keep up with trends and seasonal ingredients
Ensure all supplies are stocked and all reasonable dietary requirements are considered
Skills and experience:
Previous, demonstrable experience in a kitchen environment
Excellent communication and customer care skills, with a customer-centred approach to service delivery
Good teamwork
Awareness of relevant legislation; Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and Allergen Awareness
Committed and enthusiastic
Up to date Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake training
