A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. All successful candidates will be subject to safer recruitment checks, including a fully completed Application Form and a DBS Checks.

DUTIES
• Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met throughout the nursery.
• Plan activities appropriate for the age group and stage development to ensure children receives stimulating and purposeful experiences, following all supporting guidelines as laid out in the EYFS.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with parents/guardians regarding their child s development.
• Provide an appealing, creative and stimulating room and environment where the nursery values are upheld.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always.
• Promote respect and credibility for this position through effective communication skills,
impartiality, and consistency.
• Inspire staff team with creative ideas and new challenges with aim to achieve outstanding practice.
• Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff
• Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.

• A Christian faith believer- Essential
• Over 2 years experience of working in Early Years Essential

For this role, you will need:
• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification Essential
• Sound knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements Essential
• Leadership experience - Desirable
• Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection to good or outstanding Desirable.

Permanent - Monday -Friday, 8am- 6pm
Salary Range- GBP26,000 - GBP30,000
