Customer Service Advisor

SF Recruitment is excited to be working with a manufacturing business in Kettering who is looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to join their fun-loving but hard-working team. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers with their requirements, understanding that each one's needs will be different. This is a fast paced role, so the ability to be efficient, helpful and professional all times is essential, as is the ability to cope well in high pressure situations. Working on an inbound telephony system, it will be important to answer calls in a timely manner and keep accurate notes throughout. - Answering incoming calls from customers and sales personnel - Checking incoming sales orders for accuracy - Co-ordinating customer returns and raising credit notes - Some aspects of sales through promotional activity - Up selling and outbound promotional activity - Ensure follow up by passing sales leads to account managers where required and keep tabs on the outcome - Handle in-bound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales. - Make outbound follow up calls to existing account base via telephone, e-mail etc - Attend periodic sales/product training when required Benefits - Sociable working hours (8:30am-17:00pm Monday - Friday with 30 minute lunch) - Half day early finish one Friday of each month. - Private car parking on the premises. - A fun and friendly working environment.
