Adult Nurse Manager


We are looking for an Adult Nurse Manager to join a well-established provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult complex care. This community role will be based in the West London catchment area where the company continues to secure further packages due to their excellent care standards. The successful Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face to face support to adult clients and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each person. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.   Criteria for a Adult Nurse Manager: RGN with an active NMC PIN Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDT Suitable for Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs Full UK Driving Licence essentialKey responsibilities for a Adult Nurse Manager: Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client’s needs Effectively manage the MDT through strong communication and teamwork To provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of client’s physical and physiological needs within your caseload To deliver nursing interventions including the management of medicine delivery Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with your client’s family Working closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of careBenefit package for a Adult Nurse Manager: £45,000 per annum DOE Monday to Friday (9-5) hours 33 days holiday Private pension scheme Use of “pool” company car or travel card for community travel Business travel expenses of £0.45 per mile Excellent Learning and Development programme Company Mobile Phone and LaptopThis role will suit any experienced RGN looking to further your career and join a stable, market-established provider.
