We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join our team starting in September 2025.
Position: KS2 Class Teacher
This primary school are looking for an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Class Teacher to join their team full-time on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our young learners. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply as well as experienced primary teachers.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and positive behaviour

Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through engaging and creative teaching methods

Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help students achieve their goals

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration

Participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (ECTs are welcome to apply)

Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential for ECTs)

Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team

A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
