This summer we're pleased to offer an Internship programme for current university students who are excited to start their journey within the Insurance industry. What to expect from our internship:

We believe in creating an environment where our interns can learn by doing and where they are given their own areas of responsibility from the start of their time with us. Our interns will be treated as part of the team from day one and encouraged to bring their own ideas to the table.

Our 8-week Summer Internship will provide a unique opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of Brown & Brown (Europe). Interns will rotate through the Wholesale, Central, Retail and Underwriting teams, working alongside experienced teammates and given the opportunity to:

• Gain hands-on experience - engaging with real projects and tasks, developing required skills and industry knowledge.
• Take part in mentoring - being paired with experienced mentors for guidance and support throughout the internship as well as support and exposure to Senior Leadership.
• Learn through a structured development plan - a comprehensive programme has been designed to be rich in learning, to support technical and professional growth.
• Network - this internship provides an excellent opportunity to connect with industry experts and build a professional network within the insurance industry.

Who are we looking for?

• A penultimate year University student with a genuine curiosity about the insurance industry.
• Available for the entire 8 weeks of the Internship (Monday 7th July 2025- Friday 29th August 2025).
• Right to Work in the UK
• On track for a 2:1 degree (in any discipline), and attained GCSE in Maths and English - grade 4 (C) or above.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Experience using the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable team players.
