Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting students across different age groups , adapting to their individual needs.
• Assisting in the delivery of structured lessons and tailored interventions .
• Using visual aids, sensory strategies, and alternative communication methods to enhance learning.
• Helping students with social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily routines .
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists to provide consistent support.

• Experience supporting children or young people with ASD and additional needs .

• Confidence in using visual timetables, PECS, and sensory strategies .
