A well-established and forward-thinking primary school in Theale (West Berkshire) is seeking a passionate and skilled EYFS Lead Teacher to lead and inspire our Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the learning experience of our youngest Theale pupils and drive excellence in early education.

• Minimum 3 years' teaching experience in EYFS or Key Stage 1.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood education.
• Leadership skills with the ability to support and develop a dynamic Theale (West Berkshire) EYFS team.
• A commitment to inclusive education and supporting children with SEND.
• A creative, reflective, and engaging teaching style that promotes outstanding pupil progress.
