In this role, you will work closely with learners in
1:1

small group
settings, helping to foster a

inclusive
learning environment where everyone feels
safe
and supported.
Due to the location of this role, it would be advantageous to have access to your own vehicle to reliably commute.

How can I be successful?

You'll have
previous experience
supporting young children in classroom environments.

Ideally, you'll have experience working directly with
young children
with
autism,
along with managing their
associated needs
and/or difficulties they may face.

You'll be
patient
,
flexible
and able to handle
difficult situations
as they arise with a
calm
and
caring
