Key Responsibilities:

- Identify asbestos-containing materials

- Evaluate the risk of asbestos-containing materials

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Provide precise and concise survey reports

- Meet project deadlines efficiently

- Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines

- Proficiency in Alpha Tracker, Teams, or similar tools

Qualifications:

- BHOS P402 qualification or equivalent

- Experience in domestic and commercial surveying

- Full UK driving license required

As an Asbestos Surveyor you will be responsible for undertaking Asbestos Surveys (Management, Refurbishment and Demolition) across a range of commercial and domestic properties. You will also be responsible for generating and submitting client reports in a timely manner and representing the company by maintaining professionalism at all times and completing all work to the clients satisfaction.
