Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider, who are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative includes:

• Completing reactive plumbing, joinery and multi skilled work on void and tenanted social housing properties
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
• Maintaining van stock
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes#

Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Operative includes:

• Full UK Driving License
• Skills within joinery, plumbing, tiling and patch plastering
