Technical Sales Administrator Office based Sales Support Role Burstwick, Hull
This is a Sales Admin role for someone technically minded with customer service / admin experience do you fix cars, bikes? Enjoy DIY? Maybe you have some CAD experience? No technical qualifications required but you need to be able to absorb technical information, read technical drawings, identify suitable parts and have excellent IT skills.
GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 Salary, office-based Mon-Fri role (early finish on a Friday), plus holidays, pension and more!

Are you experienced in Admin / Customer Service / Sales Support, but enjoy technical and mechanical stuff? This could be the role for you! Wonderful family business, lovely offices just outside Hull, great team and room to progress!

What you will be doing:

• Processing orders from customers received by email and telephone
• Respond to queries, (including technical) from customers via email and telephone.
• Drawing up quotes based on customer requirements
• Advising customers on the best technical way to meet their requirements
• Liaising with the shop floor manager regarding specifications, customer requirements and lead times.

We re looking for:

• Experience speaking with customers over the telephone - good energy.
• Good computer literacy.
• Mechanically and technically minded
• Inquisitive
• Confidence to ask questions
