As the Operations Care Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.
Working in partnership with Managing Director/Registered Manager and with colleagues in the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

1. Promoting and taking part in regular team meetings.
2. Performing spot checks on service delivery.
3. Regularly monitoring service delivery.
4. Reviewing existing and developing new working time assessments.
