Job Advert: Executive Assistant (ID: 13231) Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant to support leadership teams and ensure smooth business operations. This is a key role with a focus on diary management, logistics, and administrative tasks to free up time for the team to focus on core activities. Key Responsibilities: Diary Management: Schedule appointments, team meetings, and coordinate executive time. Logistics: Organise meetings, travel, and events; prepare agendas and action plans. Email Management: Handle customer and partner communications for the CEO and Director. Document Management: Assist with migration to OneDrive and organise documents. Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint slides for customer meetings. Finance Support: Help with invoicing, chase overdue payments, and handle queries. CRM Management: Update Salesforce with current contact information. Personal Assistance: Provide occasional support with personal arrangements. Skills & Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a similar role is required. Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Salesforce and Stripe knowledge is a plus. Ability to build relationships and work independently or as part of a team. Discreet and able to handle sensitive information. Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
