Hotel Night Receptionist

Hotel Night Receptionist, Gateshead, Part Time 22.5 hours per week

Looking to recruit a part time night receptionist, the candidate will ideally come from a hospitality background. This Night shift Receptionist/Duty Manager will cover three shifts per week totally 22.5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:-

• Checking in late arrivals and processing early departures
• responding to guest requests, and managing reservations.
• Overseeing the necessary documents for the following day, monitoring the security of the hotel, and handling minor issues or alerting emergency services if necessary.
• This professional must remain vigilant, maintain a reassuring presence for guests, and ensure communication between day and night teams
• General security responsibilities
• Some food & beverage exposure

More shifts could be available in a month or so. Training offered. Must have good life skills, calm manner and good with IT
