Job Title: Marketing and Content Manager
Location: Herefordshire (Hybrid 2 3 days on-site)
Salary: GBP30,000 GBP35,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a creative and commercially minded marketer looking to take ownership of a brand s digital growth? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to play a key role in building something from the ground up?
We re working with a premium drinks brand based in Herefordshire that s making serious waves in the market. Just six months into launch, they re already stocked in leading delis, retailers, bars and soon, national supermarkets. With product demand soaring and revenue multiplying month-on-month, they re now looking for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Executive to join them at a pivotal point in their journey.

What You ll Be Doing:
  • Leading content creation and social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Managing external agencies across paid media, CRM, and e-commerce with the aim of eventually bringing some of this in-house
  • Shaping and optimising paid advertising campaigns (with agency support)
  • Driving digital performance across WooCommerce and Klaviyo
  • Leading CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve retention and repeat purchases
  • Building strategic brand partnerships and growing visibility within the drinks and farming communities
  • Supporting retail marketing efforts and developing creative campaign ideas
What We re Looking For:
  • 2 4+ years' experience in marketing, growth or e-commerce roles (FMCG preferred but not essential)
  • Strong skills in social media, content creation, and digital campaign planning
  • Some experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
  • A proactive, strategic thinker who s not afraid to take ownership and run with ideas
  • An interest in sustainability, food & drink, or challenger brands is a bonus!
