Anderson Knight Recruitment are supporting a client based in Lanarkshire, seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is processed correctly.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in the management of employee data.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and provide general support to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.

Criteria:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong administration skills
  • Happy to work onsite full time
  • Full drivers Licence
