Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational tasks within our facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

pay: GBP 12.00 PH increase 1st April

rotating shifts-

week 1 - 06.15 - 14.20

week 2 - 14.15 - 22.20

MUST BE ABLE TO DO ROTATING SHIFTS

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Monitor production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
• cleaning duties in an industrial environment, with the use of FLT counterbalance
• emptying skips

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required depending on operational needs.
• VALID FLT CONTERBALANCE CERTIFICATE
