Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Fire Marshall to join our team in Luton. This role is essential for maintaining safety and compliance within our facilities. If you have a CSCS card and a Fire Marshall ticket or certificate, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor fire safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety drills.

• Act as a point of contact for all fire safety matters.

• Provide guidance and training to staff on fire safety protocols.

• Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections and incidents.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card.

• Fire Marshall ticket or certificate.

• Previous experience in a fire safety role is preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
