Hourly Rate: 12.82 per hour

Brook Street are looking for a reliable and motivated Stores Operative to join our clients team in Huntingdon. This is a long-term temporary role with the opportunity of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and maintaining inventory within the warehouse, ensuring stock is stored safely and efficiently.
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring all dispatch orders are processed correctly and ready for shipment.
• Inspecting and reporting on the condition of products before they are dispatched, ensuring quality control is maintained.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure efficient stock management and smooth order fulfilment.
• Adhering to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• A proactive approach to tasks with the ability to take initiative.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores role.
