Cover People are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming secondary school in Bury to find a part time Music Teacher from Easter until the end of the academic year! The school are looking to cover the Summer term. We are entirely flexible with which 3 days!

The role will be teaching mainly KS3 Music with some Primary classes. No planning and marking involved however we d require strong Piano skills and be able to sing with the Primary school classes.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
• Recent experience teaching Music within secondary schools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
