Site Manager

Are you an experienced and driven Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality residential projects? We are looking for a talented Site Manager to join a leading volume residential builder based on a project in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee the construction team, including subcontractors and labor, ensuring safe working practices at all times.

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications.

• Liaise with architects, surveyors, and contractors to resolve any technical or operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Produce and manage reports, including site progress reports and health and safety documentation.

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a background in volume residential construction.

• Strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety legislation, and construction processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.

• CSCS card, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certification.

• A proactive, hands-on approach to site management.
