We re looking for an IT Systems Manager to join a fantastic business based in Hereford. This position oversees and supports technical assistance, project planning and execution, as well as purchasing and provisioning for the business. You'll ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, delivers quality support, and drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee system access, user support, network maintenance, device deployment, and software management.
• Supervise technology governance, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to set IT goals.
• Maintain company technology documentation.
• Act as the company s IT Subject Matter Expert.
• Lead cyber engagements and post-review assessments.
  
  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• IT administration
• Strong networking expertise.
• Project management, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Knowledge of security and privacy frameworks.
• Proficient in iOS/macOS, Office 365, MDM, UTM, networking, and VoIP.
• Managing networks, hardware, AV/telephony systems, and mobile devices.
  
  

SALARY & PERKS:

• Competitive salary of up to GBP42,000
• Hybrid Working - 2 days required in the office

LOCATION:

This role is hybrid with the office based in Hereford, requiring you to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
