Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Dunbar Education is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Level 2 Nursery Nurse to join a vibrant and friendly nursery in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time position, working five days a week until July, with the possibility of extension based on performance and nursery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily running of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
• Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor and record children's progress, working closely with parents and other staff members to ensure each child reaches their developmental milestones.
• Promote positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Provide personal care to children when needed, including feeding, changing, and maintaining hygiene.
• Uphold all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is essential.
• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them develop in a supportive and engaging environment.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
