Working Foreman
EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Working Foreman position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The position is for an Oxfordshire based main-contractor working on new build and refurbishment of residential properties.
The role is for a Working Foreman carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Managing sub-contractors
- Setting out works
- Health and safety checks
- Site reports, site instructions, site introductions
- Carrying out carpentry or other trade works.
Requirements for the role are:
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Residential, extension experience
- Experience managing blokes
