Looking for a Band 6 Occupational therapist to be based in the NHS in Derby

To be part of the Trauma and Orthopaedic Therapy and multi-disciplinary teams within the Trust, working flexibly to provide a Occupational Therapy service to patients on trauma and elective wards
To provide advanced Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment to inpatients post trauma and elective procedures to support timely discharge. Discharge planning experience
Recent acute inpatient T&O ward experience

Must have NHS experience
