This company, established in 1975 have since seen tremendous growth, with continued plans for expansion. They are now the leading UK timber manufacturer, with a headcount of over 250 employees in their Witney branch.

They provide timber solutions to residential and commercial industries, supplying some of the largest construction companies in the industry. Due to their continued growth they are looking to add a Production Manager to their team.

In this role you will oversee the day to day factory operations, managing a team of production staff, you will work closely with the Head of Manufacturing as you focus on coordination, health and safety, quality and the overall efficiency of production processes.
