As the Accounts Assistant, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, account reconciliation and payroll duties.

Description of the role:

• Processing invoices for both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Maintaining up to date records of all transactions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and following up with customers.
• Reconciling bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Administering Payroll including calculations and deductions.
• Generating financial reports, liaising with the General Manager.
• Collaborating with internal teams regarding queries.

About you:

• Proficiency in Xero, payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience within both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Exposure to payroll administration and processing.
