Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction activities on rail and civil infrastructure projects. Lead and supervise site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and control project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and cost constraints.
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that all construction work meets required standards and specifications. Ensure that any deviations are identified and addressed promptly.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
