Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary/Benefits: 25k - 42k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently won contracts in the South East, our client is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to service a mixed portfolio of sites. Applicants must have proven experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic systems as a minimum, but it would be beneficial to have knowledge with process systems also (such as cooling towers). They are offering competitive salaries and packages, including the use of a company vehicle and overtime opportunities.

Our client is seeking someone who is based around: St Albans, Watford, Enfield, Harlow, Romford, Ilford, Harrow, Wembley, Slough, Luton, Dunstable, Bishop's Stortford, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar, Hatfield, Cheshunt, Southall, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Bromley, Croydon, Billericay, Chelmsford, Wickford, Basildon.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Qualified with the City & Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing
- Well-versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Ideally will have some hands-on experience as a water hygiene engineer
- Plumbing experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Good literacy and IT skills

The Role:
- Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold systems
- Completing ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Writing detailed risk assessment reports to document identified risks and recommended actions
- Producing schematic drawings to accompany reports
- Arriving on-time to client sites and representing the company in a professional manner
- Working across a range of commercial, local authority, education and public sector sites
