We are looking for a qualified solicitor with strong experience in Commercial and Residential Property Law to work in this highly reputable law firm. The property team of 10 is now looking for an additional Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to manage existing clients and new enquiries on a wide range of property cases including commercial leases, rent reviews, purchases, sales, remortgages and commercial leases. This is a really broad role and therefore you should have extensive experience in both areas.

The Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor role is open to full-time or part-time applicants.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor:

• Manage a broad range of property cases from standard residential conveyancing, transfers of equity, sales of commercial buildings (farms, hotels etc)
• Building effective relationships with clients offering advice, solutions and going the extra mile
• Building relationships with introducers in the market

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive property experience in BOTH Commercial and Residential property law
• Strong communicator and highly organised
• Good team player who is able to operate within an existing experienced team.

My client is paying a salary of between GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 depending on experience, for this role
