• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain and organise case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Process legal forms and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support billing processes, expense tracking, and document filing.
• Assist with general office administration and provide support to legal professionals as needed.
