Planning Manager

JOB TITLE - PLANNING MANAGER

Location: Hull Type: Permanent

Job Summary:

• We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client who are a Food manufacturing business based in the East Yorkshire region, who have very exciting plans to continue their growth and are now looking for a Planning Manager to join the team.

Main Duties:

• Assisting in creating and managing production schedules.
• Coordinating with various departments to maintain workflow and meet customer demands.
• Monitoring stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and responding to changes in demand or production issues.
• Analyzing data to forecast future requirements, contributing to process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Responding to changes in demand or production issues.

Person Specification:

• Data Analytical and confident using Microsoft packages.
• Confident communication skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience planning within a temperature controlled environment
