Location: Tilbury, Essex

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30

Pay Rate: GBP16 p/h (GBP33,280) PAYE, GBP18.56 p/h Umbrella

Contract: Long-term, Ongoing work

Igloo is on the lookout for Vehicle Technicians to join our client s team in Tilbury. Our client is a global leader in the automotive industry, with operations across the globe.

The Role:

• Inspecting vehicles & diagnosing any required work.
• Repairing or replacing components as required such as, clutch changes & repairs, cambelt changes, brake system replacement & repairs and gearbox repairs & replacements.
• Road testing vehicles to test repair work.
• Fitting & servicing vehicle accessories, including alarms & stereos.
• Warranty recall work.
• Undertaking Services & maintenance checks, such as, oil changes & filter changes.

The Person:

• Must hold a recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification, such as light vehicle maintenance & repair.
• Must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician role.
• Must be punctual, reliable, hardworking, be prepared to work as part of a team or under own esteem.
