Static HVAC Engineer


Our client is a leading provider of commercial facilities maintenance across the uk and around the world. They are currently seeking an experienced Static HVAC Engineer to joi the team on a world famous site in central London team and play a key role in maintaining and servicing HVAC systems. On offer is a salary of up to 45,000 wit training and overtime opportunities.

Role Overview:
As a Static HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems on this large site. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring the HVAC systems are running efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • Exposure to Bms systems
  • Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Extensive building services knowledge
  • Conduct regular system inspections and provide necessary reports on the status of HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any HVAC-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain records of all maintenance work and provide detailed reports to the management team.
  • Monitor system performance and advise on any necessary upgrades or improvements.
  • Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating, Ventilation or Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer in a static or field-based role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, building management systems, and equipment.
  • Excellent fault-finding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
