CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol)

Due to an increase in orders our client is looking to recruit a skilled 3 Axis CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator on a fixed term contract for 3 months. The candidate will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that components are produced to the highest standards of quality and precision. The ideal candidate will have experince producgin simple programmes/ editing programmes on CNC Millers using Mazatrol controls.

CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol)

• Program/ Editing using Mazatrol controls
• Setup and operate the Milling Machine efficiently
• Monitor Milling machines and oversee work in progress.
• Ensure manufacturing activities adhere to agreed quality standards and documentation.
• Conduct in-process quality assurance checks, including first-off inspection.
• Report any operational or maintenance issues to the team leader.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve best results.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.

CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol)

• Proficiency in setting and running Milling Machine.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with CNC programs (ISO or Mazatrol)
• Competence in operating inspection and measuring equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes.
• Ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.
• Commitment to producing work of the highest quality.

CNC Programmer Setter Operator (Mazatrol)

• Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:00pm / Friday 7am - 12 midday (Some Flexibility with hours)
• 39 hours pw
• Overtime
• 20.00 per hour
