Site Manager

Keyman Personnel, on behalf of a prestigious client, is seeking an experienced and motivated Freelance Site Manager to take the helm of an ambitious groundworks and reinforced concrete frame project.

The Opportunity:

As the Freelance Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the project to success, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise and leadership skills while working for a well-established and industry-leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Implement quality control measures and monitor progress to ensure that all work meets or exceeds client specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries, resources, and personnel
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the workforce
• Prepare and present regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Hold EL1 Clearance or a valid DBS

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in groundworks and RC frame projects, with a proven track record of successful project management
• Relevant industry qualifications, such as a degree in construction management or civil engineering, are highly desirable
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
