The Role
Working with stakeholders to provide overall clarity on Service Charge and Rent. Ensuring stakeholders have clarity on the charges that are due and can be accounted for in an effective manner.
Main Duties
You will take the lead on rent setting and liaise with colleagues to ensure rents are reviewed and correct
Understand regulation relating to rent setting
Ensure accurate estimation and reconciliation of service charges ensuring compliance with legislation.
To calculate service charges for each agreed cycle and provide guidance and support to the wider business.
Develop effective relationships with the wider business teams and stakeholders.
Carry out monthly variance monitoring of expenditure against income.
The Successful Candidate
Experience of calculating actual and estimate service charges for a range of tenures.
Clear commitment to the importance of excellent customer service
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance colleagues and stakeholders.
Thrive under pressure and adhere to tight timelines.
