Purchase Ledger Clerk


Marc Daniels is working with a market leading company in High Wycombe who are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.

This is a 6 month contract role with amazing benefits such as hybrid working (2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate invoice entry and classification
  • Responding to and resolving supplier inquiries
  • Ensuring accurate supplier account balances
  • Facilitating timely invoice approvals
  • Handling diverse accounting support tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
  • Able to commute to their High Wycombe office
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 (not essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Organised, able to work to tight deadlines and able to prioritise multiple simultaneous workloads
