Are you ready to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge CRM & business automation solutions? A leading financial services company is looking for a Solutions Architect to take charge of CRM customization, business process automation, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do:

Develop and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring seamless business operations

Automate business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy across departments

Build advanced reports & dashboards in SQL, Zoho Analytics, Power BI to drive data insights

Collaborate with teams across sales, finance, and marketing to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions

Lead system integrations between Zoho CRM and external platforms

Work hands-on with Deluge, JavaScript, and Python to create custom CRM functions

What You Bring:

5+ years in CRM development, solution architecture, or business analytics

Strong experience with Zoho CRM (or Salesforce/MS Dynamics), SQL, Power BI

Hands-on expertise in workflow automation & low-code development (Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, Python)

The ability to translate complex data into business insights

Experience with integrating CRM with third-party platforms
