Permanent Site Manager

MCG Construction are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor specialising in high-quality interior fit-out projects across Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take ownership of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Project Management: Oversee fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety regulations and ensure all work is carried out to industry standards.

• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain efficient site operations.

• Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate site records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any site issues proactively to keep the project running smoothly.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within interior fit-out projects.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
