H&S Administrator


We are seeking a Health and Safety (H&S) Administrator with a minimum knowledge of H&S in any sort of environment. Some knowledge of LOLER and PUWER would be preferred as well as strong experience with excel, general IT and spreadsheets.

Description

  • Ensure the company's compliance with H&S regulations.
  • Update any excel, spreadsheets or other documents that need to be updated.
  • Suggest other efficient ways of recording data and updating the H&S compliance/legislation documents.
  • Advise on necessary changes and improvements in the H&S policies.
  • Coordinate training and workshops to educate employees about safety measures.
  • Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department with H&S issues.

Profile

A successful H&S Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Safety Management or a related field.
  • Experience with excel, IT and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of H&S (not industry specific but ideally with LOLER and PUWER).
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Ability to conduct inspections and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting H&S reports.
