Job Title: Carpenter/Multi-Trader
Location: Loughton
Starting salary: 34,000 - 39,100 per annum
Bonus: Performance-related cash bonus of up to 15% of salary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Carpenter/Multi-Trader to join a team within a reputable housing association. The successful candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks across housing properties.
• Perform repairs including doors, windows, and general joinery.
• Complete multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, plastering, and tiling

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with a broad knowledge of multi-trade skills.
• Experience working within the housing or property maintenance sector is desirable.
• Full UK driving license (for travel between properties).
