ADMISSIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: GBP25,095 per annum

We re seeking an Admissions Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting students through the application process to study with us. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and engaging environment, where you will be valued and have the opportunities for professional development.

As the first point of contact for the college, your main duties will include providing information and guidance to our future students, processing applications and supporting recruitment events. You ll also liaise with external stakeholders such as schools and employers as part of the application process.

To be successful in this role, it s vital that you have excellent customer service and IT skills as well as previous experience in either customer service or an administrative role.

You will be required to provide an efficient and effective administration service to the department. Duties will include assisting with the updating, recording and auditing of student information. The ability to communicate effectively with managers and staff is essential.

You will have excellent organisational and IT skills as well as relevant administration experience. You should possess 5 GCSEs (grades 5-9; A-C) including English and Maths, or equivalent.
