Salary GBP34,801 - GBP40,192 per annum

About the role
As a Payroll Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that there are efficient payroll systems and processes and you will direct and coach staff in the payroll team, ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will ensure that the team works closely with colleagues across the wider People team that payroll is part of and support the provision of the People Service wherever possible.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the College meets all its statutory responsibilities in relation to payroll and pensions and will be the Colleges main contact on payroll matters for external organisations. You will also take responsibility for managing and promoting employee benefits across college including managing suppliers.
