Exciting opportunity for a Market Access Manager with a well-established team to support the launch of two new products: Oncology Rare Disease and Digital Therapeutics.
Your role will involve pre-launch activities, submissions, tenders, promotional materials, project management, pricing, and leveraging NHS expertise this is essential.
This position offers a dynamic work environment with a fantastic team, you will ideally have 4 to 5 years of experience of working within Market access.

Profile
To develop, lead and implement market access, post-HTA and, where appropriate, pricing strategy and tactics for launch and LoE assets that demonstrate the value proposition of the company portfolio at a local level.
To provide leadership, management and development of a direct report
To provide coaching to the market access colleagues to enhance technical knowledge/capabilities and ensure effective implementation of the market access materials

External Environment Subject Matter Expert Sought out for NHS/Health System knowledge, with a particular focus on funding flows, medicines management and care pathway development and optimisation
Desired Technical Skills & Experience
Previous CNS and oncology experience strongly desired
Experience in digital therapeutics and complexities of bringing such to the NHS desired
Track record of creating and implementing successful market access strategies and tactics
Understanding of the complexities of the tender landscape in the UK and Ireland desired
Experience of working in an alliance
Understanding of the principles of the HTA systems in the UK and Ireland
Business case development
Education/Qualifications
Science/pharmacy/medical education to degree level essential
