Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Coordinator to join our team. The Finance Coordinator will assist in managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and supporting various accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will play a key part in maintaining the financial integrity and efficiency of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and assist in the collection of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance against budgeted targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant financial regulations.
  • Payroll: Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and managing pension contributions
  • Vendor and Customer Interaction: Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve financial enquiries and discrepancies.
  • Credit Control: To oversee and manage debtors to keep these down to a minimum and follow the credit control process to ensure chasers are sent and payments received
